Microcement kits are high-mass industrial materials shipped securely via specialised freight, it's fast and insured against loss or damage. Flat rates for delivery apply.

This kit ships via pallet freight. It can be delivered to a commercial address with a forklift, or picked up from a transport depot. We're unable to deliver pallet freight to residential addresses, and tailgate/tail-lift delivery is not offered.

Your pavers and pool surrounds take more punishment than almost any other surface on the property, and microcement is one of the toughest, best-looking ways to finish them. This complete 100m² Ecoflor® Pavement & Pool Surround Kit contains everything you need to take a concrete substrate through to a fully sealed, slip-resistant architectural concrete finish, built specifically for life outdoors, and finished in the same colour range as our Floor and Wall Kits, so your indoors and outdoors can flow together as one continuous look.

The kit follows a two-coat cement system engineered for exterior durability: a coarse structural base coat that builds body and bridges minor surface imperfections, followed by a fine finish coat for a smooth, refined texture. A 2K polyurethane matt sealer, blended with our EcoGrip Anti-Slip additive, locks it all in, delivering safe underfoot traction around pools, alfresco areas and walkways while protecting against UV, pool chemicals, foot traffic and everyday weather. Your Liquid Colour Dispersion is included as standard with every kit, so your chosen shade is ready to go with nothing extra to source.

This kit is formulated specifically for exterior concrete pavement and pool surround applications, and does not include Ecoflor® Micro Cement SUPER FINE, the ultra-fine finish coat used for internal, smooth flooring only. Locks the system to your prepared concrete or cementitious floor substrate.

2600 Cement Base Coat

The base coat is sanded smooth, vacuumed and re-primed ahead of the second coat.

4300 Cement Second Coat

Living Areas or Exterior?

Living Areas

Bedrooms, living spaces, hallways and other dry interior areas. Applied as standard, the finish achieves a P2 slip rating, the standard for living areas and commercial floors. No additives needed.

Exterior Areas

Alfresco areas, patios and other external concrete. External concrete needs acid etching plus high-pressure washing before application, and Ecoflor® EcoGrip Anti-Slip is required in the final sealer coat for slip resistance.

In reality, an overlay that's too rigid can't move with the tiny, natural shifts in the surface underneath it, and it ends up cracking sooner rather than later. Do I need to remove my existing floor first?

Yes. This kit applies directly over prepared concrete, levelling compound and other compatible cementitious floor substrates. Flooring removal required.

How do I prepare my floor before applying the kit?

The substrate needs to be structurally sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil and contaminants. Concrete must be at least 28 days old with moisture below 5%, and indoor concrete requires mechanical surface profiling before the primer goes on. Get in touch and we'll talk you through substrate-specific prep.

Will the finish crack along joints or existing cracks?

Existing control joints are maintained through the finished system, and any moving cracks are repaired with epoxy injection before the kit is applied, helping prevent cracking over time.

What's your warranty and returns policy?

This kit is covered by a 5-year warranty for interior use and a 3-year warranty for exterior use. Every kit also includes free 30-day returns.

Do you provide recommendations for installers?

We don't provide installer recommendations: Ecoflor is built as a system you can apply yourself. The kits, our step-by-step guides and support team are designed to put a professional finish within reach of anyone willing to back themselves, whether you're a competent DIY renovator, a tradie or a builder.

Do you provide colour chips prior to purchase?
