We charge a single, transparent flat rate based on your order's total weight and delivery zone - calculated automatically at checkout, with no hidden carrier surcharges.

Orders of 146kg or more ship via pallet and can only be delivered to a commercial address or collected from a transport depot. Pallet freight is not available to residential addresses.

Pallet deliveries require forklift access or transport depot collection.

Urgent orders? Contact us to arrange same-day dispatch.

Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened items.

Exchange or store credit given for change of mind.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout to suit your needs:

1. Free Warehouse Pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from our Melbourne warehouse:

2. Flat Rate Delivery (FedEx / TNT Road Express)
Delivery to a residential or commercial address, charged at the flat rate shown above for your order's total weight and zone.

Authority to Leave: If the premises are unattended, your order may be left at the door. By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.

3. FedEx / TNT Customer Collection
You may also choose to have your order delivered to a FedEx / TNT Customer Collection Centre for pickup. This can be a convenient alternative if you're not available to receive a delivery, and is required for palletised orders if you're not delivering to a commercial address - see below.

Palletised Deliveries

Orders totalling 146kg or more ship via pallet freight and are charged the palletised flat rate for your zone shown in the table above. Pallet freight cannot be delivered to a residential address - a forklift or suitable unloading equipment is required at a commercial delivery address to safely unload the goods.

Alternatively, you may choose delivery to a FedEx / TNT or Northline Customer Collection Centre. Please note, you will need a vehicle capable of safely loading and transporting a pallet when collecting your order.

How do I track my parcel?
Once your items have been sent, you will receive tracking information via email.

Pick Up – Carrum Downs Store VIC Customers Only -

Pick Up is an available delivery option from our warehouse at 26 progress Drive, Carrum Downs 3201. Simply shop online, and our PICK UP option will appear at Checkout!

Pick up from our Carrum Downs warehouse - you will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Pickups are only available during store business hours by prior arrangement.

Upon arriving in our carpark to collect your order please call our staff on 1300 326 356, and quote your name and order number, our team will bring the order out to you.
