Pallet deliveries require forklift access or FedEx depot collection.

Urgent orders? Contact us to arrange same-day dispatch.

Returns accepted within 14 days for unopened items.

Exchange or store credit given for change of mind.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout to suit your needs:

1. Free Warehouse Pickup
You can collect your order free of charge from our Melbourne warehouse:
26 Progress Drive, Carrum Downs VIC 3201

2. Residential Delivery (FedEx / TNT Road Express)
Delivery to a residential address is available Australia-wide.
Please note, this is the most expensive option due to additional carrier charges.

Authority to Leave:
If the premises are unattended, your order may be left at the door. By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.

3. Commercial Address Delivery (FedEx / TNT Road Express)
A more cost-effective option if you can deliver to a commercial address.
This includes any business location open during standard business hours, such as:

• Shops
• Offices
• Warehouses
• Workplaces (excluding home addresses)

Important:
If you select the commercial delivery option, you must provide a valid commercial address. If a residential address is entered, your order may be delayed while we contact you to arrange the correct delivery method.

4. FedEx / TNT Customer Collection
You may also choose to have your order delivered to a FedEx / TNT Customer Collection Centre for pickup. This can be a convenient and cost-effective alternative.

Please be mindful that VIC public holidays may affect delivery periods.

If your order is very urgent, please contact us to check if this will be a factor. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be sent on the next business day.

Palletised Deliveries

For palletised orders, a forklift or suitable unloading equipment is required at the delivery address to safely unload the goods.

Alternatively, you may choose delivery to a FedEx / TNT Customer Collection Centre. Please note, you will need a vehicle capable of safely loading and transporting a pallet when collecting your order.

How do I track my parcel?
Once your items have been sent, you will receive tracking information via email.  

Pick Up – Carrum Downs Store VIC Customers Only - 

Pick Up is an available delivery option from our warehouse at 26 progress Drive, Carrum Downs 3201. Simply shop online, and our PICK UP option will appear at Checkout!

Pick up from our Carrum Downs warehouse - you will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready for collection. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. 

Pickups are only available during store business hours by prior arrangement.

Upon arriving in our carpark to collect your order please call our staff on 1300 326 356, and quote your name and order number, our team will bring the order out to you.
